Tracking numbers
When you track a parcel, the number is sent to the carrier’s official tracking service to fetch the status. Results are stored for a few hours in a short-term cache so repeat lookups are fast. We do not link tracking numbers to your identity.
Recent searches
Your recent tracking numbers are saved only in your own browser so you can open them again. You can clear them at any time from the tracker.
Cookies, analytics and ads
We may use analytics and advertising services that set cookies to measure visits and show ads. You can block cookies in your browser settings.
Abuse protection
To stop automated abuse we count lookups per connection for a short time using a one-way hash of the IP address. The hash cannot be turned back into your address.
